Why not come down and try out ‘The Art of Smoking’? Using a traditional Oklahoma Joe, reverse flow wood smoker, made from 5mm thick steel, we are able to offer a range of products. English Oak provides the perfect light smokey flavour that we are looking for. Our meat is seasoned with ‘PIG-CASSOS’s Dry Rub’, which is a blend of 8 secret spices. Our locally sourced pork is then smoked for 12 hours! Unlike other smoke houses, Jimmy and Steve take pride in the fact that we smoke our meat using the traditional method (with actual fire)!
